Department of the seafood products .

Presentation of our company:

We are a senegalese company of treatment and export of seafood fresh product , seafood frozen product , seafood cooked product , seafood dried product .

Frozen :We work by order.

We export product of fresh seafood whole, fillet of product of seafood and frozen seafood product on Europe, Canada, New York. We treat also shrimp cooked for the European market.

Treatment of product of seafood fresh :

Our company lays out a team of marreyor in different port of disembarkation in senegal.

We have orders avery year of these seafood product : fresh whole, fresh fillet seafood  every  year we export on these destinations:

France, Spain, Malta, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Denmark, Holland, Switzerland.

For the product of seafood which we treat for  export. We have the teams of marreyors who collect the products on the beach.

For example: (Soumbédioune, Yoff, Terou Baye sogui, Ngor, OUAKAM, Yarakh, Thiaroye, Lompoul, M’Bour, Cayar, Joal , Jeffer ).

We have frigoric car for the transportation  . The product is forwarded to our units in boxes in polysterene with ice. The product is stored in cold room at a temperature of -2°C.

Our  dugouts leave every day at 6 a.m..

There is a flights every day on these destinations.

We have boxes polysterene of (10kg, 15kg, 17kg, 6kg for the seafood fresh product .

A team of veterinary doctor analyzes the product before delivering the documents administrative which confirms that the product is in conformity with human consumption. We export on the standards of European union and the government of the USA .

Example : cymbium cymbium

We have an output per annum of 624 Tons.

              The following is the processing style of frozen boiled cymbium cymbium :

              1. Collecting by divers (dugouts ).

              2. Sorting by size on dugouts and on shore.

              3. Weighing on scales + cash down payment on the scales.

             4. Transporting by 2 and 3 MT trucks to the factory.

              5. Discharging in the factory and storaging at +5 ~ +10 Deg. Celsius

              6. Washing  just before boiling.

              7. Water batch boiling at 95 Deg. Celsius for 45 minutes.

8. Chilling the boiled cymbium cymbium down to 40 Deg. Celsius by dipping in cold water.

              9. Next room (Clean area) Chilling by ice down to 10 Deg Celsius.

             10. Manually processing.

             11. Manually sorting by size.

             12. IQF frozen product                              

             13. Cold storaging at - 25 Deg. Celcius

             14. Shipping at - 20 Deg. Celsius      

Example : Top shell meat (Murex)

We have an output per annum of 240 Tons

             The following is the processing style of frozen boiled cymbium cymbium :

              1. Collecting by divers (dugouts ).

              2. Sorting by size on dugouts and on shore.

              3. Weighing on scales + cash down payment on the scales.

              4. Transporting by 2 and 3 MT trucks to the factory.

              5. Discharging in the factory and storaging at +5 ~ +10 Deg. Celsius

              6. Washing  just before boiling.

              7. Water batch boiling at 95 Deg. Celsius for 15 minutes.

8. Chilling the boiled Top shell meat (Murex) down to 40 Deg. Celsius by dipping in cold water.

              9. Next room (Clean area) Chilling by ice down to 10 Deg Celsius.

             10. Manually processing.

             11. Manually sorting by size.

             12. IQF frozen product                              

             13. Cold storaging at - 25 Deg. Celcius

             14. Shipping at - 20 Deg. Celsius 

Example :Abalone

We have an output per annum of 36 Tons

              The following is the processing style of frozen boiled cymbium cymbium :

              1. Collecting by divers (dugouts ).

              2. Sorting by size on dugouts and on shore.

              3. Weighing on scales + cash down payment on the scales.

              4. Transporting by 1 trucks to the factory.

              5. Discharging in the factory and storaging at +5 ~ +10 Deg. Celsius

              6. Washing  just before boiling.

              7. Water batch boiling at 95 Deg. Celsius for 5 minutes.

8. Chilling the boiled Abalone down to 40 Deg. Celsius by dipping in cold water.

              9. Next room (Clean area) Chilling by ice down to 10 Deg Celsius.

             10. Manually processing.

             11. Manually sorting by size.

             12. IQF frozen product                              

             13. Cold storaging at - 25 Deg. Celcius

             14. Shipping at - 20 Deg. Celsius      

We treat also other seafood products. To see enclosure

We treat the dried fish maw , dried shark fin .

For the cymbium cymbium cooked frozen IQF , cymbium pepo frozen IQF, Top Shell meat (Murex ) cooked frozen IQF, abalone cooked and not cooked frozen IQF . We treat it  towards China, hong kong, Korea, Japan . New York , Toronto.

Fanily our company offers free products seafood 5.000kg to our customers who buy between (12  containers every 6 month.)
